I am still loving Gina’s Winter Shape Up strength plans! I am doing week three this week, and tried it out for the first time last night. I did the advanced/intermediate routine. Ouch! I try to avoid lunges like the plague—mostly cause you know, they make me sore—which means they are working. Plenty of leg and booty work this week!
I know I mentioned this before, but I’m not good about working some of my muscle groups—mainly my back and my chest muscles. These workouts are so good for that! My pectorals are def. sore today!
If you are looking for a new strength routine, try these out. The last two times I’ve been at the gym strangers have approached me asking me where I learned certain moves, or exclaiming over how hard the moves look….which to me, means they are working!
